Status Reports

How can I give my manager or others the ability to view status reports
submitted by my team?

Thanks,
Gary

Gary --

When a team member responds to a Status Report request, there is a CC:
drop-down list at the top of the page. Give your team members a list of the
managers to whom to send copies of the report, and then they can then select
multiple managers from the CC: list using the Control key. Be aware that
when the managers receive copies of each Status Report response, the
responses can only be viewed by clicking the Miscellaneous Reports link in
the sidepane of the Status Reports page. They will not see the Status
Report responses the way you can see them. Hope this helps.

Dale,
Thanks for the response not what I was hoping for (Project Server wise that
is) but a good start. I may look at creating a report that goes against SQL
Server to get this data. I want the merged report to look a little
different anyways.

Thanks again,

Gary

Gary:

Open the consolidated status report, click the zoom button and File, Save As
an html document. Upload the status report to the project workspace or other
workspace where the readers will go to see it, or simply email it.
