Status Reports

Does anyone know if it is possible to upload Status Reports from PWA to the
WSS? We have a team that would like the status reports to be made available
to the entire team, without having to generate the email and cc to all.

The best way to handle this is to do the following:

1. Open the combined Team Status Report you wish to upload
2. Click the Zoom button on the toolbar above the report
3. Click File - Save As...
4. Select the HTML format and then save the file on your hard drive or your
network
5. Close the Zoom window and navigate to the Documents page in PWA
6. Upload the HTML file to the document library of your choice

Hi Dale,

Is there a setting somewhere that allows one to turn the Zoom button off/on?
I read that you could do what you described here, but I looked for two hours
and couldn't find a Zoom. I've looked at all options in both PWA and IE,
and I am probably just overlooking something, but I have not found this
anywhere. I'm at a loss....

It sounds like I should have been more explicit in step #1 of my directions.
Do this:

1. Log into PWA
2. Click the Status Reports link
3. Click the View status report responses from your team members link in
the sidepane on the left
4. Click the Team Status Report icon for the reporting period you wish to
save

When you are looking at the combined Status Report responses from all your
team members, you will see a Zoom button in the light blue toolbar near the
top of the page. Let me know if this helps.

Ok, that was my problem. I was trying to look at individual status reports,
not the merged/combined status. Once I merged them and went to the combined
status view, then I did see the zoom button.
