Status Reports

Is there a way to forward status reports that your team sends back to you?
For example, I set up a status report for all my project managers, when they
reply, I don't want to have to rely on them CCing our steering team. I want
to review the replys, compile a group report then forward it to the steering
team. Is this possible with PWA?

Here's how:

1. On the PWA Home page, select the status report that has responses
2. On the View Status Report Responses from your Team Members page, click
the Team Status Report icon for the desired reporting period
3. In the combined report page, click the Zoom button
4. In the new Internet Explorer window, click File - Send - Page by E-mail
5. Select the recipients of the message and send it

Alternately, instead of steps #4-5 above, you can also click File - Save and
save the page as an HTML document. You could then upload the HTML document
to a document library in SharePoint. Hope this helps.
