Status unknown

Hi,

I just installed Microsoft ofice communicator 2005. I encounter some problem
which is, all the contact names show status unknown. Turn over, they can view
my contact name as an 'online' status. Besides, I can' even to IM them as the
status shown in my communicator is Unknown.

Please help me.
