StatusingDataAccess.GetDataForTask could not find pre-cached data

Access for a person added to MS Project Server is getting this error when
trying to access the site

Server Error in '/' Application.

StatusingDataAccess.GetDataForTask could not find pre-cached data.
Attempted to load Guid - 33dd6215-c0d8-4845-8bc8-89979e641ab9

Any ideas.

He is setup on the server as well as a terma member of the project
