Stay on Top

I have made a Form that has my controls - Now I want to make it stay on top
so that any query or table that I open can't cover it.

I don't want to use the Modal - yes because that doesn't allow me to touch
anything except what I open using the form.

Is there another way? I have seen it before, but I am unable to decode that
persons code to figure it out - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Set the Popup property to True (Yes)

Thank you so much - I feel kind of stupid that I didn't try that so I
