stdole2.tlb error

Hi,

I am trying to export data from a OBDC accounting software Tally to Office Excel 2007 but it is giving me an error as below. Nothing else is mentioned but the following.

stdole2.tlb

I checked the windows>system32> and the file is there (library type, size: 16.5 kb)

Any advice, how to solve the issue?
