Stencils in Visio 2003

How can I find shapes for cisco, HP , IBM, etc?

I had Visio 2002 and I was able to search the internet for name brand server
and routers. But for some reason with visio 2003, I can not.

Any Ideas

It sounds as if when you had v2002 you may have had the VENT add-on which is
no longer available/included. You can either check at the vendor sites (John
has some pointers at www.mvps.org/visio or consider the

Does a TechNet Plus subscriber get it free?

Unfortunately not. However since it's only about $20USD it's very
inexpensive compared to the product directly from the vendors. If all you
really need are the Cisco stencils, they are availble directly from their
site.

I have downloaded some HP stencils and add the directory to the indexing.
But for some reason, Visio still does not see it

Have you considered
tools => options => advanced => file paths
(I don't use indexing)
