Stencils not staying in template

Hi All,

I have created some stencils and opened them in a template that I also
created (this is visio 2003). When I go to another PC and open the
template, only 3 of the 6 or so stencils come up.

All stencils are in the same directory on the machine I created the
templates on, and I can't find a commonality between the stencils that
open and don't open.

Is there some way to look inside a template file to figure out what is
going on? It's killing me. I don't have any macros or anything that I
can find, and i'm using the color by type add-on for a few of the tabs
in the template.

I also have no Undo options at all.

Running XP.

thanks!

As a follow up: I think it what is common is the stencils that open up
with the template everywhere are already on each machine. How do I
"package" my custom stencils along with the template? From what I can
tell in the "how to create a template" guides from MS the stencils
shouldjust be "in" the template. Is this not the case? Is there a
correct way to do this?

thanks
andrew
