Step to generate s curve in excel

Hello,

i am using project 2010.

Anyone here know the step to generate s curve from excel?

i know the flow but the step i don't know.

The flow is export the data from project to excel then generate s curve from excel.

part that i don't know is to export data from project 2010 to excel.

please help me how to export the data from project 2010 to excel.
