Data2.MSI (rather than Data2MSI) is the main file on CD #2 of the Office 2000 product set.
Look in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel. If it lists a Microsoft Office 2000 CD#2 item you'll need that CD.

Trying to update MSO which requires MSO 2000 SR-1 Disc 2, which I don't have.
Instructions say to find 'DATA2MSI' in a folder from which I can install MSO
2000 SR-1 Disc 2.
