Steps to copy data from 'old' form to 'form' documents

I am very new to Infopath as in learning more than how to spell it.
I have been asked to copy data from a document created with an 'old' form
template to a document created with a 'new' form template.

Currently, we are manually copying/pasting 50+ rows for over 150 documents.
These rows are in multiple repeating tables on the form.

1) Is there an easier way to do this?
2) If not, are there any third-party tools available to accomplish this?

You could look into creating a custom merge (complex).
You could import forms and use code to transfer all the field values.

Note, I tried the merge but the documents have different form formats and
its tricky getting in all rows for a repeating table.

I am also not a developer and won't be able to create code.

I was hoping for an easy answer. I take it there aren't any?

Sorry, without some sort of automation, your manually copying field values
is as good as it gets.
