I have Word 2000 and when trying to write a letter in
document and upon completing the line or end of the name
or address, when i "enter", the cursor falls 2" - 3", and
I cannot get it to stick so I can continue the letter or
document that I am typing. I checked my line spacing it it
is set at 1 line. I did have trouble with the first line
when either on letter or label falling several lines, but
it was suggested to me to delete printer, reinstall,which
I did and that appears to have solved the problem. Thanks
