Sticky help window

How can we make disappear the help window? Once activated, i see no
close button. The help window stay on top of everything. I have to quit
Word to make the help window disappear.

Any idea?

There should be a red x on the top left of the help window, however, if
there isnt one try the following steps: quit all programs opens. open
yur macintosh hd and go into user. double click on your main user and
go into library. once in library open the preferences folder. scroll
down and drag com.microsoft.word.plist to your trash. scroll further
down the preferences list and open the folder titled 'microsoft' locate
com.microsoft.word.prefs.plist and drag it to your trash can. close
all screens and empty the trash. you MUST NOW restart your computer.
once the computer is back on open word and try the help menu.
