Still Another Question....

The question of the day....In MS Office 2004 for
mac..how do you get rid of the text box "box lines"?
I would like to position text in a certain area on a
page, but the only way, that I can see to do it is
using the text box device. The problem is I don't
need the thin line that continues to stay after the
dots and the text box positioning lines go away. I'm
sure I am missing something...but what???

Thanks

Double-click the text box to bring up the Format Text Box dialog (or use
right-click/control-click to bring it up).

On the Colors and Lines panel, under Line, you can set the color to No Line.

Hope that helps.

Right click (CTRL-Click) on the border of the box and select "Format Text
Box" from the contextual menu. In this dialog box you can set line color,
weight, fill color, and lots of other goodies.

Hopefully that gets you started.

Best Regards,
