Still cannot get Office 2003 updaes

Don't see a reply to my first question, and I still
cannot get Office U2003 updates. It gets to 83% then say
there is a problem with this page. Please can someone
explain what the problem is?

This problem is most likely caused by a connection issue to one of our
servers. Many times this can happen because a firewall or Anti-virus
program is blocking a connection. If you are running through a proxy server
this could also cause a problem. Try adding http://office.microsoft.com to
your trusted sites in Internet Explorer. (Tools -> Internet Options ->
Security -> Trusted Sites) Also try disabling your firewall and/or
anti-virus software. Then try to go to the site again.

If you have Office Professional Edition 2003 as the only Office product on
your computer you most likely need Office 2003 SP1 which can be downloaded
at
