Still cannot use my trial offer of Power Point

I activated Power Point in the Power Point Options menu. I ran the
diagnostics and it made several repairs and I still cannot select a new
presentation because it is grayed out. Any more suggestions???

First idea would be to do a full shut down of your computer and reboot. If
it still does not start, let us know some more info on your installation.

Did you install it from the web or a CD. Did you change any of the default
settings on install. Is the trial period expired? Did you purchase it or
trial it?
That type of stuff. We can't see your computer set-up so have to rely on
your explanations to understand your set-up.

Bill,

I have tried shutting down my system and rebooting it. It seems like it is
not activating. I downloaded this off the web and it is a trial. I get a
message everytime I try to activate it that it is expired, but I only
downloaded it a few days ago.

You must have activated another trial of Office at some time before this,
and that's causing this one not to activate. Sounds to me as if you'll need
to purchase Office or find another system to use a trial version on.
