Still frustrated with Outlook 2000!

My original post was from 6-26-2003. In it, I am trying
to configure my Outlook 2000 to just have a calendar
available for my start menu.

Problem is, I keep getting a prompt asking me to set up my
email accounts!

I use Outlook Express for my email and that works just
fine!

I was asked to check for the version I have- here it is:

Microsoft Outlook 2000
Version 9.0.0.2711
Corporate or Workgroup

Under "System Information" it says Normal Mode.

I purchased this product and expect it to work for me!!
Who can help me with this problem?
