Still getting error on starting Outlook

I have a fresh installation of Windows XP and Office
2003. I applied the settings migration wizard from my
previous installation of W2K and Office 2000. When I
start Outlook I get the following error
message: 'C:\Documants and Settings\my name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Addins\C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\SBCMSYNC>DLL' is not a valid Office Add-
in.

I can click OK and the error message goes away and it
doesn't seem to affect the functionality of Outlook but
it is annoying considering its a fresh installation.

I've tried repairing Office and I've also tried the
following solution but it doesn't work (as i didn't have
the add-in mentioned and the file deletion made no
difference):

'the xp wizard moved some files but not the small
business contact manager addin - see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=257882 for
instructions'

Has anyone got any more ideas?

Roland
