Still have "dglxasset" problem despite clearing temp internet file

When trying to insert clipart I see the clipart files as generic icons with
the text "dglxasset"... I have read the solutions proposed here and elsewhere
- i.e. clearing temporary internet files, detect and repair office,
restarting, reducing refresh rate on monitor, reducing # of colours, reducing
size of screen... all to no avail!

Any other suggestions?

Do you have a firewall enabled? See if disabling it (just as a test) fixes
the problem.

Yes! That fixed the problem. I then went into McAfee Firewall and saw that
access to PowerPoint was blocked, so I changed that setting.
Thanks so much!
