Still missing task

When i log onto from the project server, i get:

Updates
You have 4 task changes from resources pending for approval.

But when i click on that link or go to the updates tab, i get:

Your resources have not submitted any task changes.

To receive information about task changes from your resources, you must
publish assignments to Project Server. To publish assignments, click
Collaborate, point to Publish, and then click New and Changed Assignments.

Hello,

Try changing the period in the Update tab either by using the blue
arrows or going into View Options and setting a wider date range
(remember to click the Set Dates gray button?

Everything is grayed out. And i'm not sure what blue arrows you're talking
about.
