Still problem with the outlook connector not solved with the 12.1version

Hi,
I've read many had this problem solved updating to the new version of
the outlook connector.

I disinstalled the old version and installed the new one, but still
Outlook doesnt syncronize the Hotmail account. In the server status I
see Mail: Connecting, Contacs: Connecting and nothing happen?

Did any solved the problem?

This is a BETA version of the connector. In place upgrades are not
supported. Most likely you'll have to remove the account from your mail
profile first, restart Outlook and then add the account again. This is also
the procedure when the final version will be released.

have you logged into the account online to see if there is something there
you need to do? It's working perfectly for me at the moment and I did an
inplace upgrade. I have a paid acct so that may be why it works. I'll have
to test it with a free acct.
