Still receiving "out of memory or system resources" error

In the last few days, I have regualry been receiving this error. Outlook
2007 on my VISTA SP1 laptop locks up completely and requires a power off hard
boot to get started again. This is occurring about every 20 to 30 minutes
regardless of how many or how few (including only Outlook) are open. I have
turned off all Outlook add-ins except MS CRM Outlook Addin/MS Exchange
Unified Messaging/MS Outlook Mobile Service/and Windows Search Email Indexer.
Also after having read similar posts regarding this problem, I have twice
started Outlook with the cleanrules switch, but still the problem continues.

What steps should I take next?
