STIMAIN.DOT error

Ron

I have a user that receives a STIMAIN.DOT error every
time she closes Word 02.

Even if she just opens and closes Word, she gets the
error. It asks if she wants to debug.

Debug goes to MainProc (code) and is highlighting ChDir
cmDir

Any ideas how to get rid of this problem?

STIMAIN.DOT is installed by Practise Management software. You need to
address this problem with STI support.

Hi Ron,

More than likely the reason the user is getting the error is that STIMAIN.DOT is loaded in the startup folder. Check in the

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE10\STARTUP and see if the template is located there remove and try Word
again. If you no longer get the error follow up with the vendor and see if they have a updated copy of the template

Sincerely,
