Stitched word

I need to automatically stitch a word that's all capped. Any suggestions?
Here's how it should look: T-R-I-S-H. The stitching should be hard hyphens
so as not to separate at the end of a line... please help.

Presumably you're looking for some automated solution as opposed to just
typing it with nonbreaking hyphens?

Yes... I'm looking for a command that would stitch a word that I've
highlighted. Any such thing?

I expect it could be done with a macro, but word.application.errors is an
odd place to look for help with that. Try one of the word.vba NGs.
