Stop automatic downloads

When I log into Groove, I get automatic downloads mostly from Misc
Communications. All my setting are for manual download only. How can I stop
these auto downloads & how do I know the specific source?

Hi,

Misc communication activity not belong to any specific workspace, but all
workspace may use misc communication.

You can stop misc communication in communication manager, but that will
cause Groove to work unpredictable.

Hi,

I had recently been invited to a new workspace & on checking the permissions
it was on auto download, I have changed this to manual again. I assume this
is where I was getting misc downloads from though would have thought it would
have shown source as the new workspace name I had joined. Its still odd as I
had been part of this workspace for approx 1 month but only got the mass
download recently - anyway back to normal methinks.
