Stop automatic forwarding of emails

I am now sending my Outlook Inbox emails automatically to my email FirstClass
mailbox. I want to stop it. I don't think I ever went to Tools-> Rules and
Alerts to auto-forward my email messages. Now I want to STOP automatically
sending my incoming emails to my FirstClass mailbox at work. How? The
Tools->Rules and Alerts don't work. Why? Is there a simpler way?

After furious head scratching, Russ asked:
