I have different signatures for different accounts. However, no matter which
one I'm using, the font in the first line of my signature keeps automatically
changing. I mostly use Arial 10 pt font for that first line in my
signatures, which is the default font for email messages. I also include 3
lines above the signature to allow space between that and the body. I've
used both Word as the editor and just the signature editor and use
shift+enter to start new lines to prevent the paragraph (double-line)
situation.
For some reason the font is automatically changing on the first line to
Times New Roman of various sizes or still Arial but a different size. This
also sometimes includes the font on the spaces before the signature.
How do I keep Outlook from doing this? Can I lock the formatting on my
signature so it won't change?
