stop date splitting across lines

Hi,

I would like to stop a date from being split across two lines. If i type a
date, eg January 01, 2006, towards the end of a line, it ends up being split
up with January on one line and the 01, 2006, part on the next line.

How do i keep the date together so that it remains tied together on one line
only.

Hi Ben,

You want to use a "hard space" to accomplish this task (Ctrl + Shift +
spacebar) between the month and the day or wherever you want to hold
text together.
