stop EULA from popping up when I start 2003 programs

I loaded 2003 Office on a new laptop with Windows 7. How do I stop teh End
User License Agreement from popping up everytime I satrt any of teh 2003
programs?

Try this:
Right-click on an Office program shortcut, choose to run the Office program
as Administrator, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, and then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".

Try looking at the THIRD post down from yours??????

Which newsreader and service are you using. The other post is actually 7 post down
and not three . I am seeing this with OE as the newsreader. Just curious about this.

I use the MS news servers and WLM. The OP is using the web interface, so I
looked at the web interface and the other post was three below his.....

I am signed in as an administrator, but this has not solved the problem. Any
other ideas?

But have you tried right-clicking and running as Administrator?

Try turning UAC off, accepting the EULA and then turning it back on...
