Stop EULA showing on every startup of Office 2000 application

Every time I start one of the Office 2000 applications, the EULA window pops
up and asks me to accept or decline.

I have checked Office Updates and I am up-to-date.

How do I stop this EULA popup showing each time?

Accept it while logged on in the Administrator profile.

Also tried Repairing Office Installation, also no joy.
