I wish to publish to Apache server (without Frontpage extensions),
therefore via ftp.
But FP2000 finds files such as .htacess and .ftpquota in the "www"
directory and asks if I want to remove them, because they don't
exist in the web. I believe I can avoid this if I publish all
instead of changed. Can FP2000 be manipulated into sparing such
files? Or must I upgrade to Expression Web to find some
rudimentary intelligence in a made-in-Redmond product?
