stop minimized programs

Hi,

I have some hyperlinks in my database linking to word files. After the user
has viewed the word doc and they close the window to return to the database
it is now minimized. Is there anyway I can keep Access from doing this as it
confuses some users as they think the database has closed. This is also the
same when using when hyperlinking from excel.
