Stop my Outlook signature font from changing?

When i receive an email and need to forward it to someone else, the font for
my signature changes. Is there anyway to stop this while still including the
original text (obviously if you are forwarding you need to have the original
text)

Outlook will always use the format of the original message when forwarding
or replying. Apparently the format you used when you created the signature
differs from the format used by the sender of the message. It's not a
configurable option.
