Stop OL 2002 running a faulty addin

OL 2202 is reverting to Safe Mode because of a faulty? WorldCard Addin
(ppaddin.dll).

This WorldCard software is not installed on my PC and I want to stop OL from
trying to run this addin.

It shows up in the OL disabled items dialogue box (twice), but the only
option I have from here is to enable it (not what I want to do)

I have searched my PC and Registry and can find no instance(s) of ppaddin.dll

PPWorldCard (the software) does not appear in the Add/Remove dialogue box.

Any Ideas?

Have you tried deleting the Extend.DAT file? That cures some addin issues.
