Hi - I'm using Outlook 2007 on Win XP Pro as a
calendaring/collaborating app. I am not using it for sending and
receiving mail - I'm using Thunderbird for that.
When I click on mailto: links in Firefox (the only browser I use),
Outlook insists on opening a message window to handle them.
I have gone to Folder Options in Win XP and changed the registered
mailto: handler to Thunderbird twice and both times Outlook has
(after rebooting) changed those settings by registering itself as
the mailto: handler.
How can I stop Outlook from hijacking my settings?
Thanks very much.
