Stop Resolve from GAL

Is there anyway that I cannot stop Outlook from resloving an email from the
GAL?

Here is the situation:
Our office sends email to people worldwide through a single email provider,
however Outlook resolves most of the address and sends it to a different
email address. The problem is that a lot of the resolved addresses are no
longer valid or not monitored frequently. I use to use "smtpout:" in front
of all the email address to prevent to the resolve but that is not working
anymore.

Please help!

What do you mean by this? Resolved in what way? If you mean from the GAL,
why not simply clean up the GAL or remove the external objects?

When we hit "Send" the address that we type in is changed to an another
address within the GAL. I do not have access to change the GAL and the
organization that I work for has thousands of names in the GAL worldwide.

But when typing an email address, it will only try to resolve a name/object
associated with that email address. You are saying that your GAL has an
object associated with that address but with another primary email address
resulting in the message being sent to the wrong address?

I'm just trying to understand the logic and the scope of your issue.
