Stop routing of closed emails to Web Access Location

The user receives email OK in his inbox, but when he closes the
email, it goes to a Web Access location. How do we troubleshoot this?

Sorry, but this makes no sense at all. Starte your Outlook version, account
type, and exactly what steps can be taken to reproduce the problem. State
what a "web access location" means.
