Stop running Outlook

I can't install a antivirus because I need to stop running Outlook know how
to closed because I never used

File | Exit. Or the little red [x] on the upper-right corner.

If you use Outlook with a PST file, you should always close Outlook

The first option doesn' work
Doesn't matter Outlook is not open, it appear like it.
I really don't use Outlook so I don't know how to use it.
