We have a user who's calendar meeting appointments keep getting distributed
to other members of her team.
I believe this was setup long time ago, but I can't find a place to disable
it.

can anyone help?

Did you look under Tools | Options | Delegates? If you don't see any delegates there, then a hidden delegate rule still might be forwarding those requests. You can delete the delegate rule with the free MAPI Editor tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37. Complete instructions in the mfcmapi.doc included with the download.

Thanks.
I think that's where the problem was.
I have now removed all the delegates and will make sure tomorrow morning
when they're all back in.

Cheers Sue.

not sure if this is the same thing.
I'm trying to prevent a user from forwarding calendar appointments for
meetings I have set up. Or at least notify me of doing so.
Is there a way to disable tor log this?

"No" to all of these questions. Unless you're using Rights Management, you
cannot prevent someone from forwarding anything you send them and Outlook
won't inform you when they do. Why not simply ask the invitees not to do
so? There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.
