Stop slide from Advancing on click

Is there a way to stop the slides from advancing on a mouse
click. I would like to make it so you have to click a link
to advance.

Go to slide sorter view, select the slide, and the "un-check" advance on
click.

As another option you can use the Kiosk function but I advise against it
because it will time out and return to the first slide automatically and you
must have navigation controls on every slide. Much better to simply turn
the mouse advance off.
