Stop the duplication of all incoming emails.

My Outlook is duplicating all incoming email's, I have Home Vista Premium and
Outlook 2007. I have not found a command to cancel out the duplication of
each and every email. I would apreciate any help you can offer.

Try uninstalling your integrated anti virus app, reboot, retest
