I'm using Office 2007, but cannot stop getting repeated Office 2003 update
KB949074.

Go to your Windows Control Panel and go into the Programs or Add/Remove
Programs applet. See what Office 2003 applications you might still have
installed, and uninstall them if you no longer use them.
