stop users deleting there email

i want to stop users on my network from deleting there email in outlook. is this Possible and if so how??

any help would be great.

No, and why would you? Depending on the version, you could create havoc
with their .pst files that are limited to 2 gigs maximum size. Use
Exchange Servers deleted items retention to keep deleted items.

account will be deleted without reading.

i to be able to make my users use a file managment system and my the only way they can delete there email woud be to put into this system.

This won't work in the manner you envision, since the "e-mails" are not
individual files.

Why on earth would you want to do that? Do you have infinite storage
capacity? The admins at my workplace *beg* users to delete their email
and have implemented automatic deletion in certain circumstances.

thanks for your view. this is not for me i going into the best way of doing this. i want all email to me store i very woud like the user to index the emails them self. any more ideals
