Stoplights in PWA

Good Morning,
I have created an enterprise text field that uses the formula of being equal
to % Complete and set the Graphical Indicators to reflect a red, yellow and
green image for 0,25(red),26,50(yellow), 51,100(green). I am able to create
the table and the view in the Global and view it in an actual project but
when I create the view to show in Project Web Access I get blanks. Any help
on what I am missing would be appreciated.

Hello,

It might have to do with the status not being synchronized with the SQL
Server views that display this information on the web. Try opening the
project plan and choosing "Collaborate->Publish->Project Plan" and
publishing the whole project.

Once completed (and it might take a few minutes for the process to
complete), you should see this new information appear in PWA.

Thanks for the help William.
Could you tell me what you mean by a few minutes. I have done both the
publish of the Project Plan and All information and even when I come back
later(24 hours in this case) it still has not propagated to the PWA.

Did you try the following:

1) add the field to the customized Published Fileds list
(tool/customized/published fields)
2) add it to the timesheet view in PWA as well.
3) republish assignments for all task.

I am not 100% sure step 1 and 2 are necessary, but I think they are. I do
know step 3 is needed.
