stoplights

I posted this previously but got no bites. I'm wondering if it's
because this is too much to ask in one post or if it's undoable.

I'd like to accomplish:
1. Create a column in Project Pro that allows a project manager to go
into an individual task and flag it if it's critical to the deadline.

2. Use that flag to create a stoplight for that task only (not the
non-
critical tasks) if it is overdue.

3. Allow the stoplight to go back to another color if the task is
finished, even if it's finished late.

4. Have a stoplight in PWA for any projects that are delayed by these
late tasks.

1-3 is certainly possible. A quick look through this newsgroup should
certainly give you enough code samples to get you started.

Setting a Project level enterprise custom field based on one of the values
would be a little more difficult and may require some VBA. If I had to do
this then Rod Gill's VBA book would be my starting point.
