Sorry for adding a similiar message to David Humphrey thread. My mistake.
Stopping or changing a recurring appointment has been a serious flaw in Outlook XP 2000 for me in this regard: Changing the end date, or making an end specific after having entered "no end date" results in a dialog box warning of the loss of all previous exceptions. If you use the calendar as a record of previous appointments and you have to change a recurrence, you are apparently out of luck. Previous MVP has said that this is unavoidable in Outlook 2000.
Does Outlook 2003 correct this major flaw?
