I'm trying to stop outlook 2000 resolving smtp addresses and instead
resolving the addresses to a MAPI address using the address book.
The reason for all this is I'm using a lotus notes MAPI transport to
send internal mail which is more reliable than the smtp server.
However the application that is using this uses the smtp address which
Outlook then decides to send via smtp.
Is there a way to prevent this so outlook will look in the address
book / contacts for (e-mail address removed) rather than just assuming it's
smtp???
Cheers,
IJ
