Stopping spam that's a .jpeg of words

I get a lot of SPAM solicitations forfake Rolex watches and for drugs such as
Viagra. I was originally able to block these emails based on the words they
used. Then they started sending me a .jpeg image of their ad and since there
are no "real" words, OUTLOOK is unable to delete the email. Any ideas on how
to delete or block this junk? It generally comes addressed to invalid email
addresses (not mine). Thanks!

I'm sorry Sue. No one has responded to my request. I'm still hoping and I'm
working with some pretty sharp programmers on the problem, but so far the
only solution anyone can offer is unacceptable to me. That is to use a gate
post program. A program that requires you to identify all acceptable email
senders. Of course this will work, but for me it's totally impractical. I
frankly don't understand why Microsoft or Symantec or McAfee haven't dealt
with the problem, but they haven't responded to my inquiries so I assume they
don't rate it highly enough or have been unsucessful in their efforts. If I
find a solution, rest assured I'll post it.

Can't you create a rule (where my name is not in the To box) that moves
the spam to the Junk E-mail folder? Of course this may pose a problem
for legitimate mail where you are on the Cc list.

Microsoft, Symantec, or McAfee are all not very good at spam handling. I
use Cloudmark desktop, which catches near 100% of all spam, including
blank and JPEG only messages.
