When I send an e-mail to a group of people and it is rejected by ONE of them
(usually because their mailbox is full) it keeps getting resent to EVERYONE
multiple times, usually until someone e-mails me back to let me know. At
that time I can remove it from the Outbox, but the damage and embarrassment
is already done by then.
Does anyone know how I can prevent the system from automatically retrying to
send mail to rejected recipients? Is this an Outlook problem, or the
recipient's server's problem, or my server's problem (they say no, but I want
to verify).
Thanks for any light you can shed.
